Frank Cibelli grew up in New York, and he
couldn’t fi nd pizza the way he liked it in
Central Oregon. So in 2001, he opened a pizza parlor.
Now he owns four, and his original Tumalo location has
expanded into a small café. “Pizza is
everybody’s favorite food,” he says.

J.C. Puleo’s popular restaurant is known for its
generous plates of pasta—from spaghetti and
meatballs to seafood fettuccine. Signature luncheon
sandwiches include the Godfather Deluxe, which comes
with spicy Italian sausage, peppers and onions. Puleo

new Cascade Village shopping mall features a casual
Tuscan atmosphere and a hearty menu. Twelve-layer

there’s also “curbside to-go”
